The CLF is hosting a high-profile event on The Post Office Case. Robert Rothkopf of Balance Legal Capital LLP has been invited by The Commercial Litigators Forum to speak on the panel on 12 June 2024.
Rob will be joined by Patrick Green KC who represented the 555 subpostmasters against the Post Office, Richard Blann (Head of Litigation and Conduct Investigations at Lloyds Banking Group) and Phillip Leibfried of Burford Capital. Lucy Pert of Hausfeld will chair the event which discusses the Post Office case, group actions, and the role of litigation funders in access to justice.
The event will start at 6pm with registration and drinks. The panel discussions will start from 6:30pm followed by a Q&A and drinks.
