It was a great opportunity to explain litigation finance and its important role in upholding the rule of law and providing access to justice – both crucial contributors to a successful economy. As Rob noted, Sir Charles Bowman said it best at the Money Maze Allocator Summit 2025: the top three features of the UK for international investors are “Rule of law, rule of law, and rule of law.”
