Lindsay joined Balance Legal Capital as an Investment Manager in May 2022.

Lindsay brings experience advising on commercial litigation and insolvency disputes in both Canada and the UK. Lindsay will support Balance in the assessment of investment opportunities particularly in the UK, and other common law jurisdictions (ex USA), as well as helping Balance to increase its coverage of the growing Canadian market.
