On 3 March 2022, Robert Rothkopf joined a panel of experts at the Institute of Chartered Accountants to deliver a webinar discussing issues around auditors and professional negligence. Robert gave a funder’s perspective on funding professional negligence claims against auditors, and the positive outcomes that can be achieved for creditors in the right cases. The panel was expertly chaired by FRP Advisory’s Laura Dymott and also included Clyde & Co’s Tim Crockford and BRG’s audit expert Philip Crooks.
