A poll released in June 2025 conducted by Stack Data Strategy commissioned by ILFA, reveals there is overwhelming support for litigation funding from UK business leaders and consumers in the UK.
The findings show a majority of the business leaders polled view litigation funding as positive for the business environment saying that savings from litigation funding would be channelled into growth and innovation. A majority of consumers polled would consider using litigation funding to level the playing field against large corporations.
