We are pleased to announce that Balance Legal Capital has become a Funder Member of the Association of Litigation Funders (ALF), the independent body authorised by the Ministry of Justice to deliver self-regulation of litigation funding in England and Wales.

Robert Rothkopf, Managing Partner at Balance Legal Capital, commented “From day one as a litigation funder, we have been supportive of the principles of the ALF and its Code of Conduct.  We are pleased to back that up by joining as a Funder Member of the Association.  By joining the ALF, our law firm partners and clients have further assurance that our litigation funding is compliant with the ALF’s Code of Conduct and capital adequacy requirements.  We look forward to being involved with the ALF’s work in improving understanding of third party funding and promoting its use for litigation in the UK.”
