Molly joined the Balance team in November 2025 as the Team Assistant in our Sydney office.
In 2022, Molly moved from the UK to Australia joining the Australian Stock Exchange as the Legal Team Assistant, supporting the Deputy General Counsels and the broader legal function. She has extensive experience providing high‑level support to senior executives, including in her most recent role assisting the CEO and Director of a leading property development company in Perth.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Reading.
