Lindsay joined Balance Legal Capital as an Investment Manager in May 2022.
Lindsay qualified as a barrister in Ontario, Canada, and practised at Lerners LLP in Toronto, where her work included complex commercial litigation, contentious insolvency matters, and appellate advocacy. She has extensive experience in corporate and shareholder disputes involving allegations of unfair prejudice, complex fraud, and breaches of fiduciary duty. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. After relocating to London, Lindsay joined Pinsent Masons LLP, where she advised clients on financial services and commercial litigation matters and assisted the regulatory compliance team.
Lindsay studied law at the University of Toronto and finance at Western University, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce.
