Issy joined the team at Balance in May 2026 as a Team Assistant in Sydney.
Prior to joining Balance, she worked at UBS in London within Investment Bank Operations, specialising in regulatory reporting and client middle office functions.
Alongside her corporate background, Issy has built and managed her own businesses.
Issy holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Brighton and is a qualified yoga instructor.
